Instruction in basic Pranayam Practices, Meditation techniques and Yoga Exercises.Children from all groups start the day by doing Yoga. Simple asanas and exercises include Suryanamaskar, Pragya Yog and Pranayam among others. These exercises performed by our students under the guidance of their teacher improves circulation and flexibility while helping them focus on the upcoming activities for the day. Yoga also builds a sense of unity and discipline.
